speedometer gear

I'm going to swap the 3.50 R+P in my 76 F150 for a set of 3.00 gears. What speedo gear do I need to install (NP 4spd) to correct my speedo?

Here is a calculator, you have to know what gear count is inside the trans on the tail shaft. Also have to know the tire hight in inches, that will be the second site i posted.
