They only show 2 V8 dipsticks, one for 97 and one other one for 97-04. So there is evidently 2 for 97, but directfordparts.com doesn't give actual part numbers. You may try contacting them, they can tell you for sure.
Just wondering, just put 6 quarts of oil in, cranked it up then shut it down and let it sit for 20 min.'s oil still does not touch the stick. Kinda courious. Thought someone would take a look at their stick and see what it had on it.

That's just it, it's not may daily driver it's one I'm going to sell on Fri. my DD has an after market stick with no number. I just went out and measured and yep it's the wrong stick. Don't know why I didn't think of that earlier. I'm servicing this one and I didn't look at the stick before changing and my container already had some in it, so I don't know how much I drained. I guess this was a case of old timers desease kicking in. Thanks guys.
