Found an 02 here for $20,400. Great shape, no mods other than a cat back, 43000 miles.....any advice?

Check carfax and the Ford oasis database. Does the DMV show it as a clear title and not salvaged?

Also, where is "here"? Where are you located?

Sounds expensive. Around here you can pick up an 03 with similar miles for a little less. Guess it would vary in different parts of the country though.
