I just did a master cylinder replacement on my 92 F150. After bench bleeding and installing the new master, I bled the system: RR, LR, RABS, RF, LF. The issue is I got little to no fluid through the bleeder on the RABS. Meanwhile, I have constant flow and no bubbles anywhere else. Ended up with about a half pedal that is good and firm.
I'm assuming there's some blockage somewhere in the RABS, but wondering if its a problem worth fixing, since brake performance otherwise seems good. Any suggestions? Thanks.

There is a screen on the inlet of the RABS (ones I have cleaned) that can become clogged with gunk. You have to remove the RABS from the vehicle to clean it properly. Brake clean on a rag is fine, don't fill the valve with it though as I don't know what that would do to the valve!
Thanks, Rebocardo. So, is there some way for brake fluid to bypass the RABS going to the rear wheel cylinders. Since I'm getting clear, steady stream through the bleeders at the rear, I was thinking a blockage must be something internal to the RABS. If the screen you're talking about is in the RABS inlet, then seems like the flow would be restricted to the rear??
