need Help with SCT tuner

Is there a way to find out if my SCT tuner has tunes ? cause when I try to put a tune on my truck it only gives me one option and when I choose it and it uploads it the truck wont start

btw.. My truck is an 06 F250 diesel

I am assuming this is a used unit. If so, then the tunes are not for your truck. If I am assuming wrong and you just got this unit new, then I would contact who you purchased it from to make sure of the tunes you received. Did you get an older SF version or a 9400?

The SF version said SF on the front of the unit below the window. The 9400 just said Xcalibrator 2 on it.

Had you already given them your code? Did you need to read the strategy and then call them back to get the tunes emailed? We do this from time to time if our cutomers can't get the code off their truck. Might want to give who you bought it from a call.
