If it's the NP435 or simular or the clark you should be able to do a direct swap. I think all the PTO's for these are simular. I pulled a PTO off a simular size but older truck and it'll bolt right to my tranny or TC.
As for winch options, you could buy one or make one, I'm looking to make one by adapting a rear end ring gear to a spool. Someone posted a site that carries the winches for these but if I remember correctly it was very costly.
