I am in the middle of installing a lift on my 02 F250 and I have run into a few problems. I snapped one of the front lower shock bolts and cannot find the correct size bolt at any local hardware stores. What size is the bolt so I can call around and try try to find one?
Also what size sockets do I need for the huge frame end trackbar bolt? I also stripped the nutsert thing on one of the frame end trackbar mount bolts so I will have to have the trackbar mount welded in the frame. Has anyone done this?

I just recently did the same thing. It's a flanged M12 X 90mm length. Make sure you get 10.9 grade. This is the same grade as the factory one. You might have a hard time finding one with a tapered end like factory but a straight cut will work. You just have to play with it a little more to get it all the way through the mounts.
Buy a replacement bolt from the Ford parts counter. It may cost a lot more but at least you know the bolt is up to the job. Alternatively, go get one from ARP and never worry about snapping it again.
I ended up getting one from the Ford dealership ($6 just for the bolt no nut) but they didn't have it in stock for 3 days. I wanted to be able to use the truck in the meantime so I went to my local True Value and found a replacement one. I'm sure it would have held up just fine since it was 10.9 grade but I had already ordered the replacement one from the local dealership.
