Clicking in the drivetrain
I recently bought an 01 F250 4x4 with v10. Great truck, tons of HP, but I noticed slight problem. When I change from reverse to forward or reverse to forward. and step on the gas I hear a slight click. I wait for the transmission to shift and then step on the gas. I think it is either in the drive shaft or transfer case. It did the same thing but louder when when I bought it, but the dealer fixed it and said they tightened somethingm but I can't figure out what they tightened.

Are you sure it isn't a "clunk"? There is a common problem with the driveshaft on some trucks. I'm not sure what years are affected, but you may want to take a look at the following link:
