broken leaf springs
I have an 04 f-350 superduty. Today I found the primary leaf springs broken on both sides of the truck. The breaks are just at the front of the hold down plates. The upper overload spring kept the whole thing from comming apart. Anyone else have this problem?

I have not broken a spring but twice I've had the right rear spring perch break and the truck falls down about 3 inches so the bed rests on the end of the leaf spring. I never noticed it till I saw a large lump appear in my bed which caused me to crawl under the truck to see why.
