Engine Missfireing/Shimmers
Hello, I'm new today. I have read several Q&A and have already fixed a problem, Thanks
Here is my first question... I have a 1999 F150 4x2 Supercab. It has the 4.6 V8 with approx 110,000 miles. About a month ago, I noticed when I started it one morning, if started missing. I first thought it felt like my trans was slipping but that is not the prob. It's gotten worse. It shimmies at idel and then upon accell and at around 35-40 mph.
I have done all the upper area cleanup to the throatle body,MAS,Valve that sences the accell preasure next to throatle body, new plugs and new fuel filter. I do not get a Check Engine light. I stopped by a Autozone and they connected a code scanner and there are no codes.

You didn't say anything about plug wires. Also take your 2 coil packs down to Auto Zone and have checked. I think the part you were trying to describe is the TPS [throttle position sensor].
