1994 F150 trany problem

1994 F150 trany problem
Hello everyone, I'm new to this site. My name is Chris. I have a 1994 F150 4x2.
With a M5R2 transmission. The trany has been giving me problems for awhile now. It would make a whinning noise while driving or in neutral. Push the clutch in and it would go away. Well it completly locked up the other day. so I bought a rebuilt unit and threw it in. now when its in neutral it sounds like a bearing making noise. Push in the clutch and it gos away. The clutch and release bearing only have 15K on them and dont ( look ) bad . its 250.00 to replace and I would like to avoid that if possible. What do you guys think ? any help would be great, thanks in advance, Chris
