Taking long time to turn over!!
Might be helpful to know how many miles on your ride & where you are on past & present due scheduled maintenance, like the fuel & air filters, plugs & wires, battery health, ect.
Good idea on doing a fuel pressure check. The fuel pressure schrader valve, is underhood, on the fuel rail.
On my 99 4.0L it's on the passenger side, sorta back towards the firewall side of the engine bay. Your later model is probably in the same general location, just locate & follow the fuel line.
You can depressureize the system, by disabing the fuel pump. This can be easily done by thumping & tripping the in cabin fuel pump inertia cut off switch, or unpluging the inertia switch, or removing it's under hood power relay, so the pump won;t run, then crank the engine for about 10-15 seconds, to bleed off the fuel pressure.
Then don your safety glsses & you can safely hook up your fuel pressure meter, re-enable the fuel pump & do your KOEO & KOER pressure readings.
When your finished, disable the pump again & crank the engine to again bleed fuel pressure off, before removing the meter.
Take the time to do this, be safe!!!!
Let us know how it goes.
