Manifold install Q's
1 Is there a threaded hole for the engine temp guage?
2 Is there a vacuum valve for power brakes?
(no chance of getting mine off)
3 Is there a valve included for the cooling system?
(can't get this one off either)
there's a plate under my carb with a line that goes to the passenger side valve cover, do i still need this? I've thought to take it completely off and add a oil filler cap on both sides.
how does the linkage hookup, is there a hole for the linkage, it seems to bolt to my intake manifold.
are there any other tricky parts fo switching this, besides lifting the thing off
thanks
Nate
Yes, behind the distributor, on the intake.

No valve but there is a provision for it, you will probably have to source one from your local parts house.

Again, you can get this from a parts house, or a classic Mustang vendor! You just need the upper heater hose fitting that screws into the intake.

You will need the plate, just block that hole off, and run the hose to your carb. If it's a holley carb, it runs to the back to the large hose barb. On an edelbrock carb I believe it's on the passengers side of the carb.

Your factory linkage will bolt to the intake just like it did on the factory manifold. It does look different, but it really isn't.....

None that I can think of right now....Just take your time and don't snap off any bolts in the head.....
