1979 spring seat
What is the best way to replace a cracked frame spring seat?
The part that attaches to the frame, where the spring and the shock absorber. This part cracked causing the front passenger side to drop(kinda like the truck broke a leg).

You could go to a junkyard and get you one off of a truck in there.( I became real good friends with bone yards, and spent several weekends in them for this model truck, for good reason.... Most parts are usually still good, and you can get them for dirt cheap.)
The problem with this is, the spring perches are riveted to the frame, so it usually requires a grinder, punch, and a drill.
You can try looking for them on some of this sites sponsors.
www.broncograveyard.com should have them.
