5.0 shopping question

Looking on ebay, shopping for parts to do an EFI conversion on my 67 f100. Ive noticed that there seems to be 2 different manifolds, 1 with the ports in a straight line, and one with them stagered (refering to the ports between the upper and lower manifold). What is the difference in these, and which one is the better one to have.

IMO, look for a mass-air set-up. It'll give you more options to power improvements.
