300 ci headers

clifford sells headers for I6 engines, try a search. I have seen some posts on here that say the EFI manifols have good enough flow characteristics. The I6s don't get much above 3000 rpm so headers wouldn't be much help They already have low end out the wazoo anyway.

I have to agree that headers on a 300 would be useless. The ONLY time I would consider them is if the manifold needed replacing and the only thing I could come up with was a header. I am not sure about the availability of the stock manifold for the 300 but if it is available go with the manifold.

When I told you about EFI manifolds I mean the split 3 into 1 with 2 down tubes and a "Y" pipe. Mine had a 2 in 1 out cat which was plugged up and I had the muffler shop make the "Y" pipe. IF you are looking for performance check this site:www.fordsix.com
