Speed-density cams
I was interested into a little more information on the speed-density cams available for us 86 guys. I know there are 2 cams available, one from crane cams and the other from comp i believe. I would like to know the difference between the 2.
also, i would like to know of horsepower gains, As well as, do these cams increase fuel consumption??
i also live in california, and i'm pretty sure these cams do not have a california e.o. number. are they so radically different that i will fail the emissions testing?? if it helps, i now only have one catalytic converter, the magnaflow high-flow unit that is legal in california.
uhg i hate this state!!
Im still wondering about the gains with this cam. as well as the california viability, i know it is illegal, i just want to know if i can get away with it or not.
also, do i have to use new lifters when installing a cam?? i rather not, because i would like to make the job as quick as possible.
thanks,
Brian
