I'm still trying to decide between Wet Okole and Marathon SuperHides. Performance Red, do you have any pictures of yours installed?
Also, I am probably going to be adding monitors into the back of my front seats. Which cover will be able to be cut and sewn back up to have an opening for them? I'm worried the Wet Okole's might be too elactic and won't want to keep a nice fit if I cut out a rectangle there.
the wet okole would probably hold their shape ok, but i believe it would be tough to sew them up nicely. i may be wrong, but i wouldn't want to find out at the price your going to pay for them. what about doing a roof mount video system? you can get them with nice size sceens now.
Please ignore the dog hair and dirt. It has been two weeks since I last cleaned it.
The dog hair actually comes off the seat covers very easy with a brush on the vacuum cleaner.
I really like those. I might have to show the wife since we're both in the market. I also like the tightening feature. I hate covers that are saggy and aren't made for the vehicle.
Guys, had both the Superhides and now the Wek Okies. Wet Okies win hands down IMO. The looks, feel and fit of the wet okies is 1st rate. The marathons are durable and fit well but my wife hated them in the summer. The cordura material is rough and she hated wearing shorts in the truck. The okies are nice a supple. My .02
Hey Beer.. I bet you could contact Wet Okole directly and have them custom make your covers to allow for your monitors. I ordered mine 3 weeks ago, I called them to get the status and actually got a live person that answered the phone!

They are rough, I will admit that, but I didn't have a problem with shorts.
The second day I had them installed I got into the truck forgetting that I had a screw driver in my back pocket. I dragged right across the seat cover and didn't even leave a mark. That has me sold on the cordura material.

Funny you mentioned that, it's pretty much one of the exact reasons I am looking at seat covers. I was putting my smoked Recon mirror lights in and forgot I put the screwdriver in my back pocket. Got in the drivers seat and put two nice scratches in my leather seats. Luckily I didn't rip through them, but it still sucked (my truck was about 3 weeks old).
I had thought about calling Wet Okole and custom ordering them cut for my monitors, but I don't have the monitors yet, and I really want to get the seat covers before deer season in November. I suppose I should at least call them and see if they think it would work ok.
I like the look of the Marathons (thanks for taking the pics Performance Red), but still can't decide. I drive around in shorts a lot, and sometimes without a shirt so the comment about them being uncomfortable on the skin worries me a bit.
There are about 10-20 questions you have to answer when you are ordering online from Wet Okole, one of them is if you have airbags in your seats. I'm sure they have to cut the covers around those so they don't get covered up so I'm guessing they can work around your monitors. If anything.. you could order the covers in time for deer season. Then when you get the montors in ship them back with the measurements because I bet you can't modify your covers. Mine should be waiting at the door for me on Wednesday.. can't wait to get them installed!
OK the seat covers were delivered a day early so I installed them this evening:
Install was pretty straight forward, but when doing the drivers side power seat its a bit rough getting your hands underneath to buckle the straps together.
If you get frustrated easy, do the passenger seat first if it isn't power. Also, let out as much slack as you can from the straps, this will make it a lot easier.
My rear seat is forced in the down position because of the subwoofer, this made for a tight fit as well.. can wait until I rip that out and put the vinyl floor in.
Very good fit, the dog hair sticks to the neoprene a bit though.

Have you tried to vacuum out the dog hair yet? I am just curious how it comes out because this was one of my big concerns.
