please help with truble code P0506!!!
can anybody help me with this to figure out this code.....ok i have a 04 ford-150 and i recently bought a super chips flashpaq and a roush cold air intake...me and my friend program the truck and we install the cold air intake...before all this was install the truck run fine and now the check engine light is on and it gives me touble code P0506....does anybody had this same problem?....if so what can i do to fix it?.....i went to the dealership and they told me that it was my throttle body and some told me that it is my mass air sensor....so can somebody help me please!!!!!!THANKS!!!!....

If the truck is running somewhat fine I would unhook the battery for about five minutes. What this does is it resets the computer and it will re learn (will also reset the code). Once you put a different intake on the airflow into the engine will be different, which is why you want to reset it to re learn the new airflow. Give that a try then drive it around regular and see if the light comes back on. If it does then we will check something else. Always start out with the cheapest fix first especially the free ones.
