Bts?
I have a buddy that is running a TS performance 6 position chip and when he has it 100hp or above the tranny shifts hard and makes a clunk sound. I know nothing about autos cuz I have a 6-speed. I was wondering what he needs to do? Heard alot about BTS Valve body didnt know if thats what he needs or not. If so what does it do for him?

The hard shifts may be from the programming in the TS chip. Not sure about the clunk sound, that could be a variety of things such as u-joints, slip joint, or something in the transmission. The BTS valve body is good for improving the shifts, and making them more positive. However, I know Jody at DP-Tuner programs the shifts differently when someone is running a BTS valve body. You might have your buddy give BTS a call and get their thoughts. He might want to look into getting a DP chip to replace the TS chip. All reports I've heard from guys who have run both, is the DP is better performing and shift much better.
