Just ordered a 2008 F350 crew cab long bed with all the bell and whistles except the fac nav with a standard radio. Can anyone suggest a good nav unit,sub and audio speakers I want this truck to rock!!!

I dont know much about the speakers and subs but for the headunit Id go with the Pioneer avic z2.
