Oil level below dipstick indicator- help!

How can I tell if oil is in the coolant or the turbo seal has failed, will it be obvious? I'm going to have the dealer service department check it out when time permits, unless this will damage the engine then I'll make the time ASAP.

If you are really losing a quart of oil in 5K miles i would get it fixed sooner rather than later, as the problem will only get worse.
