differential gears
ok its probably been asked before but ill ask again. did the 8.8 rear end in the f-150's and dana 44's come with anything higher then 3.55:1? i want to get a set of used gears something like 4.10:1q give or take but im not sure if they made those with the 2 axles i have. thanks a lot

yep, they sure did make them in 4.10. My rear axle is getting a little sloppy and I was thinking about just swapping front and rear out for 4.10's myself. I have a 87 that has the one piece manual hub assy like a ranger and I'd like to get rid of that too.

ok cool thats what i was hoping. im running a set of 33" tires right now on my 3.55:1's and it works just fine but i want a little more because its now running something like 3:25.1 give or take, not exactly sure what im running with the 33"s but you get the point. is there a calculator for this no that i think about it?

That is one bright engine in your sig, I like it and it looks good but it is bright. You just swapping gears or the whole axle assy's? I was thinking I would just swap the axle assy's considering how cheap I can get them and I like the regular lock outs better than the one piece design I have. I was thinking I would do 4.10's and 33's myself.
