Hey, If you dont know by now i love to break bolts lol, especially ones that are the hardest place to get to or the most expensive to fix. Sooo, im tackling my radius arm bushings today and im going to do the taking off the bracket because obviously my truck was in a wreck and they bolted the passengers side on. Well looking at the nut on the radius arm itself and the threads that are left, It looks like it will break due to rust. Anyone got any ideas?
Heat...Lots of it. Heat it up (nut only...take a wet rag and place it on the head of the bolt to keep it a little cooler)...and unbolt it with an impact.

If you don't have a regular torch go down the Harware store and pick up one of the small propane torchs they work real well. Don't forget the to keep the rag wet and on it.
