I thoght about doing the newer style grill (`07) but those grills cost 250-400 on ebay and i only payed 45 for mine brand new plus 50 shipping
True... but I can purchase the 07 stock grill from ford for $154 and just mod the bottom piece myself. And purchase the 05 headlights from Ford for $135...
From what I read it just takes some time, but it's not impossible.
They do look good on your truck. I have never liked the "fogged" look on my factory lights. By the way. I tried the silverstars on my Suburban and they are great. Especially out here in the sticks where I see 5 - 10 deer along the roadside every night on my way home from work. I've hit 4 of them over the past several years and I think I'm overdue so any advantage is great.

You need to set me up with a hunt to help reduce those roadside casualties
thank you....my buckets had a 1 1/2 inch plug in the top of them...I pulled the plugs out. then cut out a 194 side marker hole out of an old tail light..glued it over the hole in the head lights and wired in 2 green LED's using the parking light wire..after doing this i called super bright to see if I could find a brighter bulb..they said LED's cant take the heat from the head lights and will not last long..I haven't had a problem yet.. but I got 2 green old style 1156 bulb coming in just in case.....
