Tow wiring harness

Anyone have a pict of their wiring harness for a trailer brake. Go to use my trailer brake and it is not sending a signal to the trailer. When I installed it the red wire had pulled out so I put it back in what i think was the right spot but I don't know for sure if someone could post a pict of theirs then I would know for sure. 01-03 only because I think they change after that. Thanks ahead of time.

Which harness do you need a picture of, the truck end, or the controller end?

truck end if you have it, Ther are only five wires to six slots in the plug and the red was pulled out. Before I start crossing wires again i wanted to make sure I at least had the plug set up correctly.

I can't help you with that end. The plug on the 07 is different.

Edit/ Just got to looking around and found this.

I beleive that yours is the Ford wiring, not the New Ford. So your red wire in the OEM harness should go to the black wire in the brake controller harness.
