I think I would just run it straight up. I even run my 290/300 duration cam straight up. It sure makes lots of power.

Thanks again, fellas, for all your help. I missed work yesterday in order to install my stock cam and send the Edelbrock back to Jeg's. Maybe Edelbrock ought to stick to making chevy parts and leave the Ford parts to the pros!
