Need help to know what and where to buy, broken power mirror 2004 Ranger

Hi,

I need some help, my RH mirror is broken and I don't know if I need to buy the full assembly or just a replacement part, the glass and possibly more is gone, see picture.

Also, if someone could advise as to where best to purchase the part(s), I would appreciate that too.

Thanks,

Figured this one out on my own, found them on eBay for $40 and bought the complete assembly.

I think the frame and cables are missing, would not be repairable.

call your local junk yard or pull-a part. This would be your best bet. But mirrors for some reason seem to be very popular items. I have yet to go to a junkyard that has a drivers side mirror. This seems to be the one that always is missing when i go to the yard.

Thanks smithc185, appreciate it.

I don't think the quality of the eBay part will be that great for $45 shipped, but as long as it looks reasonable. From the dealership would have been closer to $200, I plan on selling the truck soon and didn't want to mess around with junk yards, so I appreciate the tip.

Maybe the right one is the missing one because that is the one that people would retrofit if their truck didn't originally come with the right mirror, don't know.
