My air pump decided it no longer wished to turn anymore, it never made the first bit of noise. Anyway, I used the search to try to find a belt length to eliminate the air pump and never did find a length. So for future reference to eliminate the air pump on a 1987 F-150 302 4x4 with a manual trans and a/c you need a 86 1/2" belt, works perfect.
Now before some of you guys are on me like starving dogs on a porkchop, I had to have this truck right now and the air pump is on order. I'm just lazy enough that its easier to keep it than delete it. It sure will be nice to get one of the stepsons 2 Ford 4x4's fixed so I can have my 03 FX4 back, I sure miss that truck.
The "non-napa p/n" is 6k895. If you type that in "Non-Napa Part No." on their web site it will give you a whole list of various prices and Napa Part #'s. 6k = 6 ribs and 895 = 89 1/2" length. Autozone lists it as 895k6 which is where I got mine because Napa was closed and I was in a bind. You can also go to summit and pull up a list of all their belts, it will list the sizes and if you click on a size you can look under "applications" and find out what vehicle it fits. My 87 f150 4x4, 5.0 manual tranny takes a 89 1/2" belt from the factory.
i dont have those stores here.. i live in the caribean on a small island...we only have napa here.. but the 90 1/4 was.. justtt a bit to small.. im going to try one one 1 longer..

NAPA should be able cross over the Goodyear Belt number to one of their own brand,
The numbers/letters in the brackets from my post are to do with the sizing I'm guessing.
Either way, NAPA should be able to sort it out for you.
