If you are talking about the 1/2 ton 5 lug axle then I'm not 100% positive, but I believe they are the same spindle pattern as the early Broncos with drum brakes. The pattern is a 6 bolt, wide flange pattern, which is the same as mid 70's -mid 80's Chevy Blazer. Complete offroad sells all of the parts you need in a kit if you are looking to do the swap. If you need the parts break down, let me know and I can post up what all you need as I did this swap not too long ago.

Sorry, I should have clarified that it is a F250 w the closed Knuckle Dana 44. I know that all of the stuff swaps between the open knuckle Dana 44s, I just wasn't sure if the closed Knuckles were of the same configuration or were an animal all their own
