truck problems
i took my truck to a new mechanic to see why it would start to bounce when u let the clutch out when its hot so he took it for a drive down the road but he seemed to drive it hard and rev it alot when he brought it back after about a minute it was idling around 1500 and smelt like solpher. on the way home itseemed to wana die pulling away from the corner and the exhaust is a little louder then it use to be and when i try to bring it off idle it seems to rev up ruff its hardto explain. its a 90 f150 with a five speed and a 302 and has 217 000 k thanks shawn

I don't think I would take it back to him. Unfortunatly there are about a thousand things to make it run like that. I would run a good injector cleaner through it, maybe a tune up. The clutch issue is related to the way you drive it. Mine would do that sometimes. When the weather was damp it would do it more often. Keep checking.
