Diff Issues
A few months ago I blew 4 teeth off my ring gear so I had to re build it, we I did so and I know I torqued everything and used proper locing stuff on the bolts but last week on thursday two of the bolts holding the ring gear to the carrier worked their way out and got caught, shot out my pan and in the process destroyed the little gear that the speedo and Abs uses, so I took the pan off, and cut that gear off and am going to run it till I can get home from school on a break but I don’t know how my ABS is going to act with out that sensor, I know I wont have a speedo but I can live with that but brakes I need lol….. and second I’m under the impression that that little ring thing isn’t replaceable and that im going to have to replace the whole carrier just to get that fixed, is that true???

Seems you are aptly named........... 
Your brakes will work fine, but your ABS will be non-functioning, like a truck with no ABS installed. That will be the only difference. You will be able to stomp the brake pedal and the wheels will lock. So drive accordingly.
Other than that, no worries.
Can't help you on the rear axle.

I thought that sensor had something to do with the shifting of the trans. I don't know anything about this, just thought I read something on that. .01

yea im thinkin i will just not have abs ora speedo till its fixed........ welded my pan up tonight just till i can make it home and replace it with the mag hytec thats waiting for me there
