No hi-beams

No hi-beams
Well guys, my hi-beams quit workin last night on my '87. I got in, turned on my lights, then pressed the hi/lo switch on the floor and my head lights turned completely off. My clearance lights and taillights will still work, but the head lights won't. But if I press my hi/lo switch again and turn my lo's back on, then my headlights start working again. My bulbs are still good, so those can me taken off the list of possible culprits.
