We are like you but on the water. The way we ride our skis that thing wouldn't be very popular especially with my kids. They are little daredevils.
Don't have jet ski but I been with Skeeter Boats for a long time and on thier Pro Demo Driving Team for several years and HERE is what we do for fun we're not fishing. This isn't me, but the moves are the same, except I do it in a 21 foot boat with a 300hp engine. Talk about opening eyes.
It looks like a good deal at first glance, but the way and places I ride my ATV, I don't think the bottom would float very long.
I agree if you were just going to use the ATV to go on well groomed trail or on the road it would be a good idea, I wonder how well it corners on the water though. It's a cool idea I kind of want one, but I don't think the hull would last long on the trails I take my ATV on, nor did I see a hitch, I tow a lot of stuff around on my land with my ATV, So when it comes down to it it's a good idea for light trail use, and on the lake, but I would still have to own another ATV for grunt work. But it would be a good thing for my neighbors, their city dwellers.
LOL!!! That intro/reasoning is great! Made me laugh! As for the quadrunner, well it's great for the City Slicker but could never replace my Sportsman 800 EFI Hunters edition. Neat invention however.
Yeah, it's fun for the first couple, after about 15 to 30 in a days time it get to be work. Still wouldn't give up. Here's two of my toys
Thats Actually why I dont Bass fish anymore. When I was in the boat biz (sales/ and service) I was given a brand new 2000TF Nitro with a 225efi Merc every year for three years. I was required to appear at 30 tournments a year, mind you now, they didn't care if I fished, I just had to be at the tournament with tow rig and boat for demo's. Well you know the old saying,"if ya cant beat em join em" , I did and fishing consummed me for 3+ years non stop. At work by 6am til 7pm monday through thursday (with thursday being boat prep day) leave Thursday pm to drive for 200-400 miles to whatever lake was hosting, stay in a crappy motel, ramp by 4am, fish till 3pm, demo boat till dark, crappy motel, ramp, fish, demo, and if I was in the money do it again on Sunday, all so I could be back at work by 6am Monday. Don't get me wrong, I had the perfect excuse for the wife, "Honey I've got to go to work, see you Sunday night" She made a couple of trips with me, but got real bored waiting at the crappy hotel all day. I dont know what the difference is but I can't get enough of fishing in the Gulf, something about most things under that oil rig are bigger than you and can eat you, its just a different game.
