Where to get special tool

i have not yet had my hubs apart but have read intructions on to R&R them. i dont see where any special tool is needed, http://guzzle.rbmicro.com/nblube.html or am i missing something?

If you are talking about the seal behind the wheel hub that gets pressed on the outer axle shaft. You can make your own with a 1 1/4 (may be 1 3/8) pipe and the corasponding threaded pipe flange and cap from any hardware store. The pipe should just fit over the outer axle shaft. Cut down the OD of the flange to fit the OD of the seal but small enough to fit inside the knuckle. This allows you to get the seal pressed on the axle with out damaging it and also helps install the axle and seal back in the knuckle.
