I ordered the SCT tuner from them and I have been waiting on the tunes for a week now..When I talk with him he says he is sending them My question is this normal I would think he would have the tunes easily accessable I also order a egr delete pipe

I highly recommend DJ's performance. They are very accessable. I have talked to them on the phone plenty of times. They are knowledgable and the service is the best out there. Great tunes also!

When I bought the tuner he said he would send me unlimited tunes and now I cant get a hold of him

Did you use a credit card for the order? If so, file a claim with your card company to stop payment for non-receipt of goods. They will credit your account. You could then order from Jeremy with Spartan Diesel. From the horor stories I've read on this forum and another truck forum, I would never give a dime to LIPD.
