Question trouble codes help

Hi, I’ve got a 1994 ford explorer 4.0 V-6 with 103,756 miles. The check engine light comes on whenever I go up a hill or at times when I have to accelerate from a slower speed to get up to the speed limit. Example when turning onto a highway I can get up to 55 MPH w/out the light coming on but between 55 and 65 the light comes on, then when I level out at 65 the light will go off. The codes it throws are, 172 (heated oxygen sensor indicates lean condition, right side), 176 (heated oxygen sensor indicates lean condition, left side), 186 (injector pulse-width higher than expected)
We have changed the fuel filter.
Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this problem?

Thanks, Scott

replacing the o2 sensor would be a good place to start.
