simple electrical question - wiring a 2-prong switch

hooking up a magcharger flashlight to a switch.

2-prong toggle switch. the maglight currently has a dc, 2-wire plug to charge it. one is black and one is black/red. do i ground the black one and run the black/red one to one side of the switch with power coming out the other side. for power, i was just going to shove a wire from an "always on" fuse location in there with the fuse.

doing it that way, i should need any other fuses, relays, etc, right? charger should be very minimal draw. takes 16hrs to charge.
