Oh yeah! Lots of help in the tech forums. 
Just click on the Forums tab at the upper left and scroll over the boards. Find the ones that fit your application and post away.
I would recommend using a regular font. Posting in all caps is considered shouting and the bold font is hard to read for some members (computers you know) to read.
