rear axle ?
I fixed my wiring so now on to the next problem. My truck is a 97 F350 4x4 and I noticed the other day that only 1 rear tire spun when on a splippery slope. I assume that it should be a posi or limited slip. The rearend housing is covered with oil and dirt and the cover has been resealed recently. What type of oil should be used and does it need a modifyer to be added?

I know in the the 99+ superd dutys limited slip is an option, it was probably be the same for your year. You could very easily have a regular axel. Some should be along soon to tell you how to find out if it is or not. Also check the tech files on what oils to use.
