Engine Miss/Vibration

Just returned from a trip to SE Iowa with my '01 PS. When we were about 75 miles from home my service engine light came on. From then on I had a very noticeable vibration when accelerating and I'm pretty sure it has a miss. Any ideas on what might be wrong.

First thing I would suspect is bad injector wiring harness's under the valve cover gasket.
I think it will generate a P1316 code which is for Injector driver module.

Took it to the dealer. An injector came unplugged under the valve cover.
