my front clip isnt lined up properly to my cab. How can this be properly be done? And my doors dont matct up with the back corner of my cab after I did my cab corners, my door sticks out like 3/4 inch farther than the cab itself? Did i get some cheapo cab corners? Im just about to say screw it and get a new cab with more metal on it instead of bondo and fiberglass. Thanks for the help
Hey,
based on what you are saying I am assuming that the doors line up correctly above your repair panel? If so, the repair panel was not aligned correctly before being welded in. To line the sheetmetal, get the doors to align to the cab corners and fit in the door opening, align the fenders to the doors then the hood to the fenders. Since the fenders and hood move the most, they are the easiest to line up last.
