Fatman fabrications from Charlotte, NC makes a great kit. I had a friend that used the dream beams, one of his broke. This past years F-100 supernationals in Knoxville had a few 73-79's lowered.
My 79 has a hub to hub fatman ifs installed with a Lincoln Mark 8 engine and tranny mounted in it, cab is still under construction as well as the rear end to accept a irs assembly.
Also Street Rod Engineering of Arizona has a kit available, I have also seen one on ebay that is a little cheaper.
