I have an 06 f150 with the 4.6 V8. This is my first Ford and I love the ride and great fuel mileage. I pulled a small trailer with a Yamaha Rhino and had a moderate load in the bed. Overdive off the thing still worked harder than I thought it should. Any suggestions on a programmer or exhaust change???

The best mods for your truck, IMO, would be to do both of these:
EDGE evo programer and a Magnaflow cat back. I have the single in single out and love it, sounds awesome! A lot of people prefer the dual out, not a fan.
Do the above and you will notice a difference both towing and regular driving.
