Parts ID help needed, please

What are these parts called? They were mounted to the firewall in an F5 and F6 trucks.

What is this? This was attached on the inside of the left frame rail near the steering box and, I believe, somehow attached to the pedal assembly in the F5 truck.

Lastly, this is a Bendix brake booster attached to the brake master cylinder, correct?

1: Controls for the Two Speed Rear Axle.

2: Slave Cylinder for Hydraulic Clutch ???

In the first pic, if it was attached to the brake pedal, it could be an actuator valve for vacuum over hydraulic brakes on a trailer.
