Question for all.

I am looking at buying a trailer that is 21' long and just a frame. I don't know a lot of you yet so I'm curious if anyone has a welder and would be interested in making a few extra dollars because i need to cut it down and then put rails on it. Or if anyone has a trailer for sale. Thanks in advance for your help.

I dont need a 21' but it's cheap. This is my theory, it's $890 to rent a uhaul trailer to take my stuff home when I can buy one for less and own it. So i'm doing a little research before I buy.

I understand. So when you say "cut it down" you mean shorten the length or the height?

Length. I don't have set plans yet. I see it tomm. I think I want to put just a standard floor like on most trailer and maybe make a enclosed frame out of 1" square steel and then enclose it. But I think I wanna take about 5' off of it.

Why not mod a trailer? My hubby has modded our stang trailer. Put the mustang license frame on it and tribar pony emblems in the front.
