I used the AIH delete plug with boost fitting from Pure Diesel Power HERE .

Works well and got rid of the Air Intake Heater. Where you live, you will never miss it.
EDIT: THIS is the one I used, the above one includes code eliminator

most T into the map line..in front of the spider pipe there is a black rubber hose (looks like a gas line) that is pluged into the spider just under a sensor..it will go to the map sensor located to the left..just cut that hose and put in a plastic T

in my pic the map line is red..the dial to the left is my Overboost Annihilator just under that is the map sensor...my boost is in the AIH port

You can see mine in this pic. The clear tygon tube going into the brass fitting. If I were doing it again I would put into the AIH heater plug like zx250 did. Very nice.

Blksiryder, The AIH is not a fitting, it is a 2 3/4 inch long coiled heating element.

Do you have a drill press? If so go to AutoZone, or Orielleys, get a 22mm oil drain plug. If the plug is a flat top with a 1/4" square head drive in the top, get a 7/16 drill dit and a 1/4" NPT tap. drill out square head and tap with the 1/4", you should have a 1/4male to 1/8 female bushing that came with the guage package go to hardware store and get the fittings to match up to your guage line. I will post pics in the A.M. look in the "for those who cant wait" thread.

ok i got everything hooked up and now i see withthe red wastegate line hooked up i am only getting 15psi boost. i unhook the line i get 20 psi boost. is this a wastegate problem or is there just no load on the turbo to build 25 psi?
