Loud Noise

At time I would hear a loud noise like a fan running....I have experienced regen during idle but does it run during hwy driving if so does it make that same type noise. I have noticed it even when it was cold and just starting out of drive... Let off gas pedal and it will stop...Sometimes will start again as you press the pedal and sometimes it will not...There is no loss of power during this noise. Just real loud in cabin.....<o></o>
