gapping spark plugs

gapping spark plugs
i have a 99 4.6L and im going to put new plugs in. what should i gap the plugs to.

what would give me the best hp.

the 5.4L i guess........I thought you were just changing the plugs!

I like the standard ol' Motocraft copper core plugs myself.

For better HP -
KN filter, cold air induction (or icebox ), better flowing performance exhaust and a "chip" are basic HP adders.
