Unhappy front leaf springs

Hey guys, trying to figure out what the noise is coming from my front end. I had the wife steer from side to side while I was under there. I noticed that the top of my leaf springs moved side to side when she was steering. It's doing it where the spring bolts to the bracket on the truck. Is this normal or am I in trouble? Thanks. By the way this is not where my noise is coming from.

There are factor rubber bushings in the shackle, you will need to get them replaced, I put poly's in mine, they work great, no squeaks or anything... I think energy suspension makes them
